Tom Ferreira Caminha is an architect and city planner, graduate of the Universidade Federal Fluminense's School of Architecture and City Planning, located in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro.

He worked at Oficina de Arquitetos, RUA Arquitetos, the Niterói Municipal Government's Housing, Urbanization and Sanitation Company and at the Rio 2007 Pan-American Games Organizing Committee.

At Universidade Federal Fluminense, he worked as a Teachers' Assistant in Structural Systems, Architectural Theory and History and Architectural Design classes and as a researcher at the Energy Conservation and Environmental Comfort Laboratory.
